You understand and agree that TopAttorneysNow.com shall not be liable to you, any other Site User (as defined below) or any third party for any claim in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the TopAttorneysNow.com Services.
TopAttorneysNow.com disclaims any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury based on Third Party Offerings or other products, services and information directly or indirectly obtained through the TopAttorneysNow.com Services. You understand and agree that TopAttorneysNow.com is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any dispute between you and any Site User.
SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT :

The Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Los Angeles County, California and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles).
